About me

My Vision

I offer personalised support that meets each person exactly where they are. Through exercise programming, lifestyle changes and empathetic coaching I can help to rebuild strength, restore function, and improve quality of life.

I strongly believe in the power of being outside and will always encourage people to get out for a walk no matter their fitness levels. Being outside is not only good for your physical health but can also have a huge positive impact on mental health. Fitness isn’t all about spending time in the gym, the key is finding something you enjoy and that makes you want to continue doing it.

Above all, I believe fitness should be accessible, enjoyable, and sustainable. It's about creating habits and confidence that support you for life. Whether you're starting out, coming back from a setback, or preparing for the next chapter, I’m here to support you every step of the way.

Let’s work together to build strength from the inside out—so you can move better, feel better, and live the life you deserve.

Sports Therapist and Personal Trainer

With a passion for movement, my mission is simple: to empower individuals to feel confident, capable, and fit for life at every age and stage.

I started my career working in Rehabilitation Departments across the military, I was part of the team getting serving personnel back from injury. I was lucky enough to work at all levels from primary care, treating ankle sprains, back pain and knee injuries, through to the Defence Medical Rehabilitation Facility treating those with life-changing injuries, such as amputations, polytrauma and spinal cord injuries. I pride myself in guiding people through safe, progressive rehabilitation that focuses on restoring mobility, function, and long-term resilience. My goal is not just to help people recover—but to return stronger, more aware, and better equipped to live actively and independently.

Having worked with a wide range of clients over the years, I understand that no two bodies are the same. Whether recovering from injury, navigating hormonal changes, or simply wanting to move more freely and confidently.

My work is especially rooted in supporting women through the physical and emotional changes of life. Menopause can be a time of uncertainty, and can have a significant impact on health, wellbeing and quality of life. Through targeted movement, strength training, and lifestyle changes, I help women manage symptoms, reduce injury risk, and reclaim their energy and vitality.

My journey

It was while working alongside the military that I fell in love with fitness, health & wellbeing and began training more myself. Working with healthcare professionals such as Strength & Conditioning Coaches and Physiotherapists has given me a wealth of knowledge of different training methods and I take bits from everything to ensure my training is well rounded.

I relish moving my body, doing something I enjoy and feeling strong. My current aim is mastering pull ups, which is going surprisingly well!

I regularly get out on my mountain bike and have completed a few events including the Southern Enduro Mash-up in blistering heat, Ride the Wild North York Moors and the UK’s Hardest Hundred around Salisbury Plain. I find the focus I need to have when riding a trail quietens everything else going on in my head, pure peace!

I’ve recently rediscovered kickboxing and go to classes each week, the camaraderie between the other ladies is fantastic and I never regret going and punching/ kicking the pads and having a laugh.

What I love most is being outside and going for a walk with my dog. The fresh air, peace & quiet and beautiful countryside is all I need to boost my mood, whatever the weather (although spring sunshine is preferable).

The main reason I exercise is to feel good in my body and take me out of my comfort zone, whether that’s trying a new bike trail, walking into a class of strangers for kickboxing or attempting a new PB in the gym.
